Textile Manufacturing Facilities

Circular Knitting

Al Hadi boasts advanced circular knitting technology in-house, featuring high-quality machinery that accommodates a range of diameters and gauges, complemented by efficient dyeing and finishing machines and robust quality control processes.

Elastic Machines

We utilize advanced circular knitting technology and have our own dyeing and finishing machines for manufacturing elastic for fitted sheets. This ensures that the flexibility of the elastics meets customer requirements while adhering to stringent quality control processes.

Dyeing and Finishing

Our 30,000 kg/day capacity is supported by the latest Thies i-Master and Fongs machines, which utilize advanced circular knitting technology. In our dyeing and finishing processes, we employ two wider-width stenters from Bruckner, along with Ferraro and Tubetex compactors, as well as Santex dryers. To ensure optimal performance, our quality control processes are stringent, and our facilities operate on steam generators and oil heaters powered by biofuels, with gas as a backup.

Lamination

Our lamination facilities utilize circular knitting technology to produce durable waterproof sheets by bonding specialized films onto textiles through precision heat, pressure, and cooling systems. This approach ensures consistent quality, efficient output, and flexibility for various fabric types, all while integrating advanced dyeing and finishing machines and rigorous quality control processes.

Laboratory

Laboratory tests play a vital role in our quality control processes at the Al Hadi lab. Our experts utilize advanced circular knitting technology to test fabric GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, and rubbing fastness. We also perform ‘lab dips’ to determine the right shades of colors for orders. To ensure color continuity from lot to lot, we employ advanced dyeing and finishing machines, including the Datacolor 800.

Cutting

The cutting department rechecks fabric rolls to detect knitting and other fabric defects, ensuring adherence to quality control processes. Utilizing advanced circular knitting technology, the fabric is then cut according to customer's specifications in various qualities and sizes, ready for the dyeing and finishing machines.

Sewing

The stitching department is equipped with imported European Kingtex back latcher over-locking machines, flat lock, elastic attachment machines, two needle machines, zip attachments, and single needle machines, all of which complement our circular knitting technology and support our dyeing and finishing machines, ensuring robust quality control processes.

Quality Control

The checking department meticulously inspects every finished sheet to identify any stitching faults that may arise from the circular knitting technology used. Additionally, another team of quality controllers evaluates the workmanship, which encompasses stitching, labeling, elastic, and cropping, ensuring that all aspects meet the standards set by our quality control processes, aided by advanced dyeing and finishing machines.

Packing and Dispatch

Our packing and dispatch department conducts final checks on the products using quality control processes before and after packing. Each poly bag is carefully inspected, ensuring that the items meet the standards set by our circular knitting technology, before being packed into the cartons.
